Support Hours

  • Anyline Support is available 24/7 (in English) for our Customers who have purchased 24/7 support service package as part of our Enterprise Plus Platform.

  • For all other Support Service Packages, we are available from:
    Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm CET.

  • Please consider international public holidays (see below for more details).

 


Web Support

  • Web Support is available via our support portal for all our customers.

  • It is always recommended to open a support case via our support portal before trying any other mode of communication.

 


Phone Support

Our Phone Support is available only for our Customers with a 24/7 support service package (all severity levels) as part of our Enterprise Plus platform and Premium Support Service Package (for severity levels S1, and S2) as part of our Enterprise Platform.
