Insight access to historical data range for Dashboard
All data on Anyline Insights is stored in secure data centres designed to meet strict and top-level security standards, eliminating the chances of physical threats to sensitive data, such as theft or natural disasters.
Access to historical data is limited to one year before the current date.
Of course, the respective CSM can provide the customer with historic comparisons on demand, but not via the Insights Dashboards.
